SF Fandom Is Legal In All States Now!
#1
January 2023 marks the 21st birthday of SF-Fandom. What a ride it has been.

For those of you not familiar with the joke "legal in all states now", there was a time when the age of majority was 21 in all states. And then some states began lowering it. For a few years you could be legal at 18 in one state, cross the state line and not be legal until you were 19, then go to another state and have to wait until you were 20, and finally at 21 you could go everywhere, get married, sign contracts, vote, drink, gamble, etc.

And they say things were simpler "in the old days". Those days must have been older than me.

I only wish Dixie could have been with us to celebrate. I know she's smiling down on us from afar.
