Andre is buried in my hometown of Mansfield, Ohio. My question is why is she buried there? I know that she was from Cleveland, which is about an hour and half north of Mansfield but I wasn't able to find a connection to Mansfield. Does anyone have any insight as to why she was buried in Mansfield?

I don't know. Are you sure?
I suppose that one of us still has a contact for Sue.

Her parents are buried there.
Andre's mother, Daisy Bertha Stemm Norton) was born in Maryland, although her obituary says she was born in Mansfield. Andre's parents were living in Mansfield in 1895 when her sister, Mildred was born. Andre was 16 years younger than her sister, and when their mother died, Andre was the only family member still alive (Bert died in 1960, sister Mildred in 1959). She may have supplied the incorrect birthplace to the funeral home.
