Video - History of Star Trek
I suspect this is a pirated soundtrack from a TV documentary, or maybe a radio documentary. But it's a high quality recording that runs to just under 3 hours. You can listen to it as a podcast. There is no visual aspect. The YouTube video just shows the Enterprise NCC-1701 and an animated projector in the lower corner.

The documentary is narrated by Herbert Solow and Robert Justman, who created the show with Gene Roddenberry. This is their explanation of the history of the show. It's loaded with a lot of anecdotes I've never heard before.
