I assumed that was Ted Raimi on the lower right hand side of the poster, but I don't see him in the film's credits!

There is more than one version of the one sheet. The other version I saw shows the Ted Raimi face without the hat and it sure looks like him. I glanced through dozens of images from the movie and didn't see him in any scenes. Maybe he had a small role that was cut?

That's definitely him, so either he just isn't in the credits, or the poster designer (who I believe is Josh's webmaster too) just did it as a joke.
