He worked on TV shows and movies alike. He may be remembered more for "It's Alive" than anything else, at least as far as the obituary writers are concerned. Larry Cohen was 77 when he passed away.
The show I remember best was "The Invaders", but according to his IMDB page he wrote for "Colombo" in the 1970s and "The Defenders" in the 1960s. I watched "The Defenders" (a show about lawyers) in syndication in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Not being a horror fan, I can't say I know anything about his horror work. But I enjoyed the shows I mentioned.
