Japanese were as bad as the Nazis were and it is a bit racist as well to have movies showing that they did not commit war crimes against us and others. It is racism against Chineses and other Asians just showing the crimes of Nazis to people in the Holocaust when they were just as bad like the Americans were in the trail of tears.

Yep, I'm pretty sure that's common knowledge among anyone who follows history - it turns up in documentaries about the war on Nat. Geo. and the History Channel all the time. They're not
making a lot of WWII-themed films these days, but I'm pretty sure that the Angelina Jolie film Unbroken in 2014 touched on all that.
