We have been gathering up articles about Andre to post on the site and have come across one we just can't find.
It's from a fanzine in 1964 called Niekas #8 (March), 34pg, cover by Eddie Jones ~ contains a 7 page article about Andre Norton
If you have it ~ Please share the article with us, again we only want the article about Andre. (But we will take a copy of the whole thing if we must.)
The cover looks like this
"Not everything that can be counted counts and not everything that counts can be counted"

I expect that Ed Meskys, the publisher, will be at ReaderCon. Ed will be attending RavenCon this weekend.
At the same time if you 'google' Ed Meskys, you will find he has a Facebook presence. (I don't have facebook) Note: Ed is blind, so someone else needs to be doing his reading, or his voice-reader needs to be working.
Also be reminded that
Braude, Anne, Ed ANDRE NORTON: FABLES & FUTURES
"Series and Sequels, The Problem Thereof," Andre Norton
1989, Niekas Pubs, $5.95, Mag-P-1 ISBN 0-910619-4-2
Might have reprinted the article you are looking for.

I've contacted NESFA to see if they have a copy in their archives, or a phone for Ed.
But since Ed is a guest at RavenCon this weekend in VA. Paper mail might be just fine. Just make sure any correspondence is typed.
Note: If you search Niekas on ABEbookman, you find the Braude item, with publication dates of the included articles.

Thank You
For all this info. I wish I had a photographic memory for once I pulled out my copy of Andre Norton: Fables & Futures I found the reprinted article. Now I just have to try and obtain the original. Any chance you ave a copy of Niekas # 16 and can share a picture of the cover?

I have neither #8, nor #16, but if you contact Ed Meskys, I'm pretty sure he would send you a copy of a cover.
If you need to purchase an item, let me know.
