Blood C, Fist of the north star, Ghost in the shell and EX Machina are some that shoudl be turned into live action movies. If they turn Disney cartoons into movies, why not Manga and Anime?

I think there is a fairly steady flow of these movies coming from "B" studios. I see a lot of them (or movies that I think are based on Manga) offered online. They don't look appealing to me.

How about Asia horror films and other types of genres that were made by Asians but they redo them by Americans as American movies? The way movies like The Ring and The house or an others were made.

I think there are quite a lot of Japanese anime videos and TV programs. Some have been dubbed or subtitled and released in the West. I'm not sure that it would be cost effective to start production from scratch over here. The market is too small.
I really liked the "Darker than Black", "Samurai Champloo" and "Cowboy Bebop" TV series. You can buy them in North America.

You would have to hope for an "inspired by" kind of movie, like Keanu Reeves' "47 Ronin" (but better). "47 Ronin" was actually a remake of a film based on a historical incident. Keanu's movie added the fantasy elements. So you could kind of tone down the anime/manga elements and create a compromise that no one really loves but which appeals to a new audience that doesn't really know the sources very well.
