Shouldn't Disney/Pixar sent their movies to refugees camp for charity?

It would not cost much for non-governmental organizations to license films for viewing by refugees. But there may be logistical problems standing in the way. There is in fact an international organization called Film Aid that brings movies to refugee camps (that link points to an article in Vanity Fair).
