Okay, I'm not sure I'm up for an all-night animefest but then I've never actually been to a science fiction film festival. I've been to an anime convention here in Seattle (2007 SakuraCon). And I've been to Dragon*Con.
Maybe the next time I'm near an SF Film Festival I'll check it out.
You can find out more about the convention at the Boston SciFi Con site.
If anyone has attended one of these film festivals, please let me know how it compares to a regular SF con.
