Is there any way to put an avatar on my profile that I have saved on my pc?

BOJ, for various reasons we don't have that option available. However, if you have an avatar you'd really like, you can suggest it, and the next time our avatar selection is updated they may be able to get one of your suggestions in.
Note that I say may, don't take it for granted, because avatar work is time consuming, and you animals keep us very busy!  Hope that answered your question! -Boomstick
