Seeing from the bird/beast point-of-view was one, imo, of the good things of the Beastmaster tv series. What I'd like to see would be a series of tv movies/miniseries that follow the Beastmaster book...

On some things Andre Norton was/is ahead of her time. An example is the need and importence for 'hobbies' on long space/star voyages.

As ship's cat, I'd most likely come out ahead in the food department because at least some of the varmints I'd hunt down would be eatable, if not very teasty.

I've been hearing 'trek is dead' since 1969 when the TOS went off the air and 'it isn't trek because it isn't prime-time, hour-long live kirk & company show' since ST:TMP and the cartoon show.

Yes, Forever Knight was filmed in Toronto. As I remember it took place in Toronto and Nick Knight was on Toronto Police Dept.
