Is this going to happen?
No one would need to reboot it, since it's still a viable franchise. Reboots generally occur if there's a change in cast, or some desire to change some basic tone or concept.
They keep claiming there will be another one...but sooner or later they will want to do a "live action" - that is motion capture - version. If so, they might as well do the Broadway
musical version, which was quite popular.
Actually, August, there has been a fair bit of chatter about "Shrek 5" being a reboot but I don't think there is any official confirmation (yet).
Is there going be more Puss and boots movies?
I haven't heard anything about a new "Puss'n'boots" movie but I hope there is one in the works.
